What is the Luna Black Card and how does it work?
The Luna Black Card is our exclusive membership that gives you access to discounts, priority bookings, rewards, and partner perks. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a physical Black Card and access to the Luna app, where you can view offers, manage bookings, and track your rewards.
How long does my membership last?
Your Black Card membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. You’ll receive reminders before it expires so you can renew and keep your benefits.
Do I need to show my Black Card every time I visit?
Yes, please show your Black Card or confirm your membership in the Luna app when you arrive so we can apply your discounts and rewards.
Can I share my Black Card with someone else?
No, your Black Card is for your personal use only. It’s linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred or shared.
What happens if I lose my Black Card?
If you lose your card, just contact the salon and we’ll arrange a replacement for a small fee. Your membership and benefits will stay the same.

Black Card Membership Terms and Conditions
The Black Card membership costs £4 per month. Payment is taken monthly. The membership continues until it is cancelled by the customer.
Members must have an active membership at the time of purchase to receive the Black Card prices and the Black Card perks. If a membership is cancelled then the customer will return to normal prices and standard access.
The savings on course prices apply only when the person buying the course has an active Black Card. It cannot be shared with others. It is for the named member only.
The birthday month free session is one per year and can only be used in the members birthday month. It cannot be moved to another month.
The one year anniversary gift is only given if the membership has been active for the full twelve months without a break.
The price lock is for twelve months from the start date of joining. If course prices change during that period the Black Card member keeps their original discounted rate until their twelve month period is complete.
The members only flash sales and double discount days will be announced when they happen. These are exclusive to active members only.
Priority booking access is only available while the membership is active. If a customer cancels the membership this priority access is removed.
There is no minimum contract. The member can cancel at any time. The customer must give notice before the next billing date for the cancellation to take effect before the next payment.
No refunds will be issued for months already paid once that month has started.
Luna Tanning reserves the right to update or change parts of the membership structure. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Membership is subject to fair use. If a member uses this membership in a way that is dishonest, abusive or used for others we reserve the right to cancel the membership.
By joining the Black Card the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
